Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship all orders received by 1:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) on the same day. During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by up to one additional business day.

Please note:

• We do not ship on Fridays for Saturday delivery, unless specifically requested by the customer.
• A flat shipping fee of $30 applies to all U.S. orders under $299.
• Complimentary shipping is available for all U.S. orders of $299 or more (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
• For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
     - Orders under $1,000 are subject to a $50 flat shipping fee.
     - Orders of $1,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
